Traveling to Doonbeg

From Ennis:
Doonbeg is approximately 30 miles from Ennis. Take the Kilrush/Kilkee Road (N68) from Ennis. After approximately 15 miles, there will be a signpost for Kilmihill and Doonbeg on your left, indicating that you should make a right turn (R484). (The Crossroads Bar will be at the junction on your right.) Follow the signs for Doonbeg in Kilmihill and Cree.

From the Tarbert-Killimer Ferry:
Doonbeg is approximately 15 miles from the ferry. Turn left after exiting the ferry and follow the road into Kilrush. In Kilrush take the Kilkee Road (N67) for about half a mile, where you will see a signpost for Doonbeg on your left. Turn right here and follow the road into Doonbeg.
